1. General
These Terms govern the use of the LaserGo website at https://lasergo.co.il, the purchase of products through the website, orders for personalized products, and the provision of laser engraving and related services.
The owner and operator of the website is:
LaserGo
Legal name: עוסק פטור סרגיי דסיאטניק
Business / ID number: 346055593
Business location: Haifa, Israel
Telephone: 0523705981
Email: info@lasergo.co.il
Website: https://lasergo.co.il
Hereinafter: “LaserGo”, “the business”, “the workshop”, “the seller”, “we”, or “us”.
Placing an order or delivering an item for work constitutes confirmation that the customer has read these Terms.
These Terms apply to orders placed through the website and, where relevant, to orders agreed through WhatsApp, email, telephone, or another means of remote communication.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer right that cannot be waived or restricted under the laws of the State of Israel.
2. Types of Products and Services
LaserGo provides, among other things:
– sale of ready-made products;
– sale of products with engraving or other personalization;
– production of items according to the customer’s individual requirements;
– laser engraving services on items belonging to the customer;
– engraving of text, names, dates, logos, images, photographs, symbols, and graphics;
– preparation of files and technical adaptation of designs for engraving, where such service is included in the order or separately agreed.
The main characteristics of the product or service, its price, material, dimensions, personalization options, and other material details are displayed on the relevant product page or agreed with the customer before work begins.
3. Product Information and Images
LaserGo makes reasonable efforts to display products, materials, colors, and engraving results as accurately as possible.
However, photographs, visualizations, and on-screen previews are intended for illustration.
The actual result may vary slightly depending on:
– the type of material;
– the composition of the metal or plastic;
– the type of paint or coating;
– characteristics of a specific production batch;
– the condition of the item provided for work;
– screen settings;
– natural characteristics of the engraving process.
Reasonable technological differences in shade, texture, depth, or contrast do not by themselves constitute a defect in the product or service.
4. Placing an Order
When placing an order, the customer must provide correct, complete, and up-to-date information required for its fulfillment.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of:
– name and contact details;
– shipping information;
– selected product;
– quantity;
– engraving language;
– text;
– names and dates;
– images and logos;
– any other information provided for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
An order is considered confirmed after approval by LaserGo and, where advance payment is required, after payment has been received.
5. Prices and Payment
The price of a product or service is stated on the website or agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
The final price may include:
the product price;
engraving or personalization;
additional file or design preparation;
shipping;
other services agreed in advance.
LaserGo operates as an Osek Patur (עוסק פטור) and in accordance with the tax rules applicable to that status.
Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website or another method agreed with the customer.
In the event of an obvious technical pricing error, LaserGo may, before work begins, inform the customer of the correct price. The customer may accept the corrected price or cancel the order and receive a refund for any amount paid for an order that has not been fulfilled.
6. Personalized Orders
A personalized product is a product whose characteristics are determined specifically for a particular customer.
Personalization may include:
a name;
personal text;
a date;
a logo;
a photograph;
an image;
custom placement of elements;
special dimensions;
a custom design;
or another requirement defined specifically by the customer.
Where the customer creates a design using the website editor, uploads a ready-made file, or approves in writing a design sent by LaserGo, the approved version will be treated as the version approved for production.
7. Review of the Design
Before approving the order, the customer must independently review:
spelling;
punctuation;
names;
numbers and dates;
language;
text direction;
selected font;
placement of elements;
uploaded images;
logos;
dimensions and proportions.
LaserGo is not responsible for an error that existed in information or a file supplied by the customer or approved by the customer before production.
If LaserGo independently notices an obvious error or technical issue, it may suspend the work and request additional approval from the customer.
This does not impose on LaserGo an obligation to perform full linguistic, legal, editorial, or professional review of materials provided by the customer.
8. Changes to an Order
Before production begins, LaserGo may make changes requested by the customer where technically possible.
After engraving or production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
If the requested change requires production of a new item, reconfiguration of equipment, or additional work, LaserGo may charge an additional fee and set a new completion time.
9. Engraving on Customer-Owned Items
LaserGo also performs engraving on items supplied by customers.
Before beginning work, LaserGo may inspect the item, request photographs, clarify the material or coating, or refuse to perform the work.
Acceptance of an item for work does not constitute a guarantee that a material or coating of unknown composition will react to laser processing in a specific manner.
Paint, anodizing, powder coating, lacquer, plastic, metal, composite materials, and other surfaces may differ in composition between manufacturers and products.
In some cases, the exact composition of a material cannot be determined in advance without practical testing.
LaserGo is not responsible for damage or results caused by:
pre-existing damage;
hidden defects;
peeling or failure of a coating resulting from its original condition;
unknown material or incorrect information provided regarding the material;
an unexpected material reaction that could not reasonably have been identified before work began;
previous repair or treatment performed by a third party.
Nothing in this section releases LaserGo from liability for direct damage caused by its own act or omission where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Electronic Devices
When providing a laptop, keyboard, phone, or other electronic device, the customer should, where possible, create a backup of important data in advance.
A standard engraving service does not include access by LaserGo to the customer’s personal files.
Unless otherwise agreed, LaserGo does not repair the device, disassemble electronic components, or modify software.
The customer must notify LaserGo in advance of known faults, damage, instability, or other known issues affecting the device.
LaserGo may photograph the external condition of the item upon receipt solely for the purpose of documenting its condition and fulfilling the order.
11. Items of Special Value
The customer must notify LaserGo in advance if an item submitted for engraving has unusually high financial, collectible, historical, or irreplaceable personal value.
LaserGo may refuse to perform work on such an item or establish special conditions in advance.
For unusual materials or large-volume orders, LaserGo may require a test sample.
12. Engraving Quality
Laser engraving is a technological process whose result depends on the properties of the material.
Reasonable variations in shade, depth, position, or contrast caused by the material or the technology do not constitute a defect where the product materially conforms to the approved design and order.
If LaserGo makes an error and the result materially differs from the approved design, the customer must notify LaserGo within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, LaserGo will consider correction, re-production, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
13. Copyright and Customer Materials
By providing a logo, photograph, image, illustration, trademark, text, or other material, the customer represents that they have the right or appropriate permission to use it for the purpose of the order.
The customer grants LaserGo a limited right to use the material solely for:
preparing the design;
fulfilling the order;
producing the product;
technical storage required for fulfillment of the order;
handling an issue relating to the order.
Copyright in the customer’s materials is not transferred to LaserGo.
LaserGo may refuse an order where the material is clearly unlawful or clearly infringes the rights of a third party.
14. Photographs of Completed Work
LaserGo may photograph completed work for quality control and order documentation.
Materials that identify the customer or contain personal photographs, personal information, or confidential content will not be published for advertising purposes without appropriate permission where such permission is required.
15. Production Times
Production times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
For a personalized order, the production period may begin only after:
payment has been received;
all required materials have been received;
the design has been approved;
the customer’s item has been received, where engraving is performed on that item.
Changes to the order or delays by the customer in approving the design may extend the completion time accordingly.
16. Shipping
The shipping method, price, and estimated delivery time are displayed when placing the order or agreed separately.
LaserGo may use third-party courier and logistics companies.
After the parcel has been transferred to the carrier, the actual delivery time also depends on the carrier’s operations.
The customer is responsible for providing correct recipient details.
Where delivery is not completed because of an incorrect address, incorrect telephone number, refusal or failure to receive the shipment, or failure to collect the parcel, the cost of repeat delivery may be charged to the customer, subject to applicable law.
17. Self-Collection
Where this option is available, an order may be collected personally.
Collection takes place in Haifa by prior arrangement.
Exact collection instructions and location are provided to the customer in connection with the relevant order.
18. Cancellation of a Distance-Selling Transaction
Cancellation rights are governed, among other things, by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ”א–1981), regulations made under it, and other mandatory legal provisions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce a cancellation right granted to the consumer by law.
For a regular, non-personalized product purchased through a distance-selling transaction, the consumer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the conditions and time limits prescribed by law.
Where cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity, or breach by LaserGo, cancellation fees may be charged in accordance with the law and, as a general rule, will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
Where cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on time, or another case in which the law prohibits cancellation fees, no cancellation fee will be charged.
19. Personalized Products and Cancellation
Products manufactured specifically according to the customer’s individual requirements are subject to special cancellation rules under applicable law.
The mere fact that a product is manufactured after the order is placed does not necessarily make it a product manufactured according to special requirements.
For the relevant exception to apply, there must be specific requirements of the customer as well as satisfaction of the conditions established by law regarding commencement or completion of production.
Before production of a personalized product begins, the customer’s cancellation rights remain available where provided by law.
After production has begun on a product manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements, cancellation solely because the customer changed their mind may no longer be possible.
This does not affect the customer’s rights in the event of a defect, an error by LaserGo, material non-conformity, or another circumstance in which the law grants the customer a remedy.
20. Cancellation of an Engraving Service
Where the order constitutes a distance-selling transaction for the provision of a service, the legal rules applicable to cancellation of services will apply.
Special conditions and time limits apply to one-time services, including, where relevant, the number of days remaining before the agreed date of performance.
If performance of the work has already begun in circumstances where the law permits it and does not grant the customer a cancellation right, LaserGo is not required to stop personalized work already in progress solely because the customer has changed their mind.
Mandatory provisions of law prevail over this section.
21. Special Rights of Certain Consumers
Where, under applicable law, the customer belongs to a category entitled to an extended cancellation period in a distance-selling transaction, including certain cases involving:
a person with a disability;
a senior citizen;
a new immigrant;
LaserGo will comply with the rights and conditions prescribed by law.
Where the law permits verification of eligibility, LaserGo may request only documentation that the law permits it to request.
22. Methods of Cancelling a Transaction
Where the customer has a cancellation right under applicable law, notice of cancellation may be given through the methods provided by law.
LaserGo contact details:
Telephone: 0523705981
Email: info@lasergo.co.il
The website will also provide an accessible method for submitting a cancellation notice in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The cancellation notice should include sufficient information to identify the customer and the relevant order.
23. Refunds
Where a transaction is lawfully cancelled, the refund will be processed within the time limits and in the manner required by applicable law.
Where the customer is required by law to return the product, the customer must return it to LaserGo in accordance with the applicable requirements.
If cancellation results from a defect or breach by LaserGo, the applicable legal rules concerning return of the product and related expenses will apply.
24. Return of a Customer-Owned Item
Where the customer has provided a personal item for engraving and cancels the order before work begins, the item will be returned to the customer.
The customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item where the reason for return is not related to a breach by LaserGo.
25. Use of the Website
It is prohibited to:
interfere with the operation of the website;
attempt to obtain unauthorized access;
use the website for fraud;
upload malicious files;
infringe the rights of others;
operate automated systems in a manner that creates an unreasonable load or disrupts the website.
LaserGo may restrict access where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse or unlawful activity.
26. Technical Errors
LaserGo takes reasonable measures to maintain website availability and accuracy of information.
However, technical errors, communication failures, or temporary unavailability of third-party services cannot be completely prevented.
An obvious technical error on the website does not require LaserGo to perform a transaction on clearly erroneous terms.
If the parties do not agree on corrected terms, payment received for an unfulfilled order will be refunded.
27. Liability
LaserGo is liable in accordance with the laws applicable in the State of Israel.
LaserGo is not responsible for damage resulting from:
use of a product contrary to its intended purpose;
independent modification of the product;
repair or treatment by a third party;
incorrect information supplied by the customer;
a hidden defect in a customer-owned item;
circumstances outside LaserGo’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
28. Circumstances Outside LaserGo’s Control
Completion times may change because of circumstances outside LaserGo’s reasonable control, including emergencies, war, instructions of governmental authorities, infrastructure failures, transportation disruptions, payment system failures, or significant supply interruptions.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
29. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the separate LaserGo Privacy Policy published on the website.
30. Amendments to These Terms
LaserGo may update these Terms from time to time due to changes in its business, the website, or applicable law.
The updated version will apply from the date of publication and will not retroactively change the terms of a transaction already concluded unless required by law.
The date of the current version appears at the beginning of these Terms.
31. Governing Law
The relationship between LaserGo and the customer is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Disputes will be heard by competent courts in Israel in accordance with the rules of territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction established by law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the right to bring proceedings before a court that is competent under mandatory law.
32. Language Versions
These Terms may be published in Hebrew, Russian, English, and Arabic.
All language versions are intended to reflect the same rights and obligations.
The Hebrew version shall serve as the principal legal version in the event of a discrepancy between translations, subject to mandatory provisions of law.
